THE DOG RIVER HOWLERS RUGBY CLUB
Connect with The Dog River Howlers

Picture
The DOG RIVER HOWLERS RUGBY CLUB Founded in 2007 by Karl Fix, the Dog River Howlers are an invitational men’s and women’s rugby club built for those who truly love “our game.” Based in Dog River, Saskatchewan—better known as Regina, the fictional hometown of CTV’s Corner Gas—the Howlers proudly combine prairie roots with a global rugby spirit. Bringing together players and supporters from across Canada and beyond, the Howlers believe rugby is more than a game—it’s a way of life. The club tours internationally, competing in rugby, embracing local cultures, and creating unforgettable experiences on and off the pitch. Wherever they go, the Howlers give back, supporting rugby communities and meaningful causes both within and beyond the sport. Driven by teamwork, respect, and service, the Dog River Howlers use rugby to build bridges, strengthen communities, and connect people around the world. More than a game. A way of life.
