Medellin Rugby 7's Women's Trophy Named for Chantal Maclean as tribute.

Howler Lauren Sargent presented the Medellin Rugby 7's Trophy, named after Chantal Maclean, to her mother Stella upon her arrival back to BC. Lauren shared, "We had the honour of delivering the Howlers trophy from Colombia today to Stella Maclean! I am so blessed that I got to know your daughter and have the opportunity to play for her in Colombia! I knew she was watching over all of us at the tournament and was proud of us at every moment. Stella is such a strong women and I cant wait to see you at our future games! Merry Christmas Everyone!"

Howlers Robin MacDowell (coach) and Rosa Rivera (player) were part of the gold medal winning women's team at the NACRA 7's Rugby Championship held in Mexico City this past week and Christian Henning with the Mexican National Men's Team lost a squeker to Guyana to take silver. Congratulations and Howuuuuuuu !!
