The Dog River Howlers have again been invited to compete in the Heidelberg International Junior 7's (Germany) on June 7 & 8 . U-16 national and provincial representative teams from across Europe are taking part of this tournament that last year the Howlers defeated the Romanian U-16 National Team to win the bronze medal. The Comite Midi-Pyrenees (Toulouse Provincial Side) is also returning to defend their 2012 championship.
