Final Woman's Team Selections for Havana Howlers 7's Rugby Tournament in Cuba on Dec 1 & 2

The Dog River Howlers  announce their final woman's team selections for  International Havana Howlers 7's Rugby Tournament being played in Havana on Dec. 1 and 2. There is a good mix of experienced  players (2 with senior caps) along with a number young "up and comers" ,with one being 19 year old (Angela Thompson), two who are 18 (Miranda Seifert ,Daniel Spice) and one  being just 17(Julia Folk).

Amongst the teams they will be competing against are the national teams from Cuba and Venezuela along with Atlantis RFC which is a high level select side from the USA. 

With rugby 7's being an official sport in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games along with  the fact that the Canadian Women's 7' National Team is currently ranked #2 in the world these women have much to strive for.
