WHAT IS IT - It is an IRB sanctioned 7's tournament started in 2011 with a men and women's divisions. It organized jointly by the Cuban Rugby Federation and the Dog River Howlers Rugby Club from Canada . (http://www.dogriverhowlers.com/) (www.facebook.com/dogriverhowlers?fref=ts )
WHO COMES - Over the years we had have national men's and women's teams from Cuba, Venezuela, Peru, Cayman Islands and Mexico along with select sides from Canada, USA, Germany, USA and Trinidad and Tobago. IThe tournament is limited to 12 men's teams and 6 women's teams.
THE COST - The tournament entry fee is $800 US which covers Cuban government fees and the tournament banquet with free drinks.
