Canadian Head Coach Kieran Crowley announced to the squad that Hubert Buydens will lead the tour as on-field Captain throughout the four fixtures.
Buydens joined the team after winning the ITM Cup Championship Final with Manawatu Turbos last Friday against Hawke’s Bay in New Zealand.
Hubert a former grid iron football player with the University of Saskatchewan turned rugger previously played with the Saskatoon Wild Oats , Prairie Fire (RCSL), Castaway Wanderers and the Prairie Wolfpack before signing a professional contact Manawatu in New Zealand's top ITM Cup competition.
