Here is a made in Canada rugby success story. The Dog River Howlers were established in 2007 and have participated in rugby 7’s tournaments in Mexico, Havana and Canada and this year they have been invited to the
Elite Team Tournament preceeding the IRB’s Las Vegas Sevens International, February 12-13, 2011. In addition to the Senior Men’s Howlers there will be a U-18 Rep side Howlers entered. To celebrate this historic recognition we are asking you to join us at Buchanan’s Chop House & Whisky Bar for an entertaining night of single malt whisky and great food. Many of the Senior Howlers will be in attendance and there will be silent and noisy auction items. Our mission is to raise money for both traveling teams and help set up a legacy fund so more young men and women can experience the joys of the rugby lifestyle. Bring your wife or girlfriend (but not both) and your wallet.
